Alessandro Bianchi

Architect and Ph.D., degree with honors and dignity of printing in Architecture in 1996 and PhD in “Survey and Representation of Architecture and the Environment” in 2001, in Florence. Visiting scholar at the Ecole de la Villette in Paris in 2000. Associate Professor at the Politecnico di Milano, he teaches Foundations of Representation and Landscape Survey and Representation Methods. In 2012 he is curator of the exhibition “Palazzo Te allo specchio”, International Centre of Art and Culture of Palazzo Te di Mantova. In the years 2010 – 2015 he is critic at the “Piranesi Prize – Prix de Rome” and at the “Summer School” of Piacenza. In 2013 and 2014 he is a lecturer at the Alta Scuola Politecnicowhere he deals with the connections between intelligent buildings and urban networks. In 2015 he was invited to the Cité des Sciences in Paris, ASEAN-UE stidays event, selected by the Chinese Government to exhibit at the Italy-China Business Forum and won the Technology Innovation Award of the SIE – SAIE of Bologna.
