Marianna Calia, architect, international Ph.D. in “Architecture and Urban Phenomenology” (Doctor Europaeus), is Researcher in ICAR/17 at University of Basilicata, DiCEM in Matera, where she has been carrying out research and teaching activities since 2007. She carries out missions in China and Spain investigating, through the tool of hand drawing, the knowledge and documentation of architecture, for heritages protection and enhancement. She participates in numerous international conferences and workshops and the results of her researches are documented by monographs, essays and articles published in journals and conference proceedings.
